Loading & Use Guidelines

Before You Load

Confirm your vehicle's hitch receiver is rated for the combined weight of the carrier and bike. Insert the hitch shank fully and secure the hitch pin before loading any weight. The carrier platform must be in the flat (horizontal) position before loading.

Securing the Bike

Place the bike in the wheel cradles with the front wheel forward. Route ratchet straps through the integrated anchor points on both sides of the carrier. Tighten until the bike has no lateral movement. Do not over-tighten to the point of compressing suspension.

Weight Limits

The Single E-Moto Carrier is rated for bikes up to 300 lbs. The Dual Carrier System (Single + Extension Kit) is rated for a combined load up to 400 lbs. For e-motos, removing the battery pack before loading significantly reduces weight and is recommended for dual-bike loads.

On the Road

Check strap tension after the first 10 miles and again at each stop. The carrier folds upright when not in use — pivot the platform vertical and secure it before driving without a bike loaded. Refer to the full instruction PDF for torque specs and hardware details.
