Taylor Metal Solutions, Inc. is a full-service metal fabrication company based in Roseville, California. We operate precision laser cutting equipment, welding stations, and our own in-house powder coating line — everything needed to build a product right, from raw steel to finished rack.
When we saw the e-moto community growing, we knew we could build a better carrier. eMotorack is built on our automated line at Taylor Metal Solutions, Inc.

How We're Different

No Compromises
We use the same equipment and processes for eMotorack that we use for industrial clients. There is no "good enough" in our shop.
From Raw Steel to Finished Rack
Every eMotorack carrier starts as flat steel sheet stock. Our CNC fiber laser cuts each part to exact tolerances — the same machine we use for industrial fabrication clients. There is no hand-grinding or eyeballing dimensions.
After cutting, parts move to our welding stations where trained fabricators assemble the carrier frame. Weld quality is inspected before the rack moves to powder coating.
Our in-house powder coat line applies a durable finish that bonds to the steel surface — far more resistant to chipping and rust than spray paint. The black finish you see on every eMotorack is the same process we use for commercial and industrial parts.
Final inspection covers weld integrity, finish quality, and hardware fit before the carrier is boxed and staged for shipment. Because we control every step, we manufacture entirely in-house.
