Freight Terms
24-unit dealer orders ship as a palletized freight shipment (approx. 1,000 lbs). E-Moto Rack pays truck freight for approved dealers in the lower 48 states.

Dealer Program Requirements
The eMotorack dealer program is open to established e-bike dealers, dirt bike and motocross shops, powersports retailers, and rental or tour operators. We review every application individually — there is no automated approval. Our team looks at your business type, location, and estimated monthly volume before activating dealer pricing.
Approved dealers receive a 25% discount off MSRP loaded directly to their account. Orders are placed through the same Shopify storefront at your discounted price — no coupon codes, no manual invoicing.
The minimum order for dealer freight pricing is 24 units per shipment. Palletized freight to the lower 48 states is covered by eMotorack for qualifying orders. Alaska and Hawaii are available by request. Single-unit orders are available at retail pricing through the standard storefront.
