At E-Moto by Taylor Metal Solutions, we are committed to shipping your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. All carriers and accessories are fabricated and shipped from our facility in Roseville, California. Below is our complete shipping process so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
If your order requires additional verification or customization, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if this occurs.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on:

- Your location
- Carrier capacity and seasonal volume
All products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
Shipping Delays
Once a carrier accepts your package, transit time is out of our control. Weather conditions, holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier issues may result in delays.
If a significant delay occurs, feel free to contact us and we will assist with coordinating with the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
When a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
E-Moto is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Damage occurring after delivery confirmation
If you experience an issue (missing, stolen, or damaged shipment), please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist with documentation or proof of purchase if needed.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries outside the United States.
Please note:
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and duties.
- These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees.
Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.
