Lifetime Warranty — E-Moto by Taylor Metal Solutions

Every E-Moto Carrier is proudly built in Roseville, California by Taylor Metal Solutions. Our products are designed, fabricated, and inspected with the highest level of craftsmanship — and we stand behind them for life.

This warranty gives you peace of mind knowing your carrier is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it.

What’s Covered

We provide a Lifetime Fabrication Warranty covering:

✔ Structural weld failures
✔ Cracks in the steel frame or components
✔ Manufacturing defects in steel parts
✔ Hardware failures due to manufacturing error
✔ Issues related to poor craftsmanship or fabrication quality

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, we will:

  • Repair the product at no cost, or
  • Replace it with a new unit of equal value

The decision to repair or replace is made at the discretion of E-Moto / Taylor Metal Solutions.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic scratches or powder-coat scuffs
  • Rust or corrosion caused by neglect
  • Damage from improper installation
  • Damage caused by accidents or collisions
  • Issues resulting from overloading or misuse
  • Modifications to the product
  • Use with non-compatible motorcycle types
  • Damage caused by tie-down failure or improper strapping

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

Commercial Use

Our carriers are built strong — but this warranty is designed for personal use.

Commercial, rental, fleet, or multi-user environments may reduce warranty coverage depending on usage conditions.

Shipping & Labor

If a warranty repair or replacement is approved:

  • E-Moto will cover repair labor
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless otherwise agreed
  • Return shipping of the repaired/replaced item may be covered at our discretion
