At E-Moto, we stand behind the quality of every carrier we build. Each unit is fabricated in Roseville, California by Taylor Metal Solutions, with precision craftsmanship and is inspected before shipping. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unmounted products in original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, free of wear or installation marks
  • All hardware and components must be included
  • Original packaging is recommended (but not required)

Used or installed carriers cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage, packaging, and carrier label
  3. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you

We handle workmanship issues quickly — your satisfaction is our priority.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been installed
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or modification
  • Custom-fabricated components
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Warranty Reminder
